再把 Cabo vacation's pictures post 出來, try to remind myself - why I work so hard.......

Our favorite restaurant in Cabo is The Bistro. The food is good and price is reasonable - mostly it locates inside the resort, so we didn't need to go into the town. We practically ate there for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Mexican Breakfst: (Warning: Yummy but not good for diet). Melted cheese, grilled chicken wtih toasted chips - definitely a comfy food
The bistro always serves a basket of warm bread.
Shrimp Taco - my faovrite dish in the bistro. Best Guacamole, I ever had. Fish Taco goes well with chilled beer (I like Pacifco - mexican beer) or Pina colada
Shrimp Cocktail - Shrimps were HUGE!!!
Fried calamari - with fresh seaweed. I always like to order fried calamari, but always get tired of it after one or two...too greasy.
seafood enchilada - it's filled with shrimp, lobster with rich seafood cream sauce on top. The mango salsa on the side even out the richness in enchilada.
We also tried Steak...I was craving for red meat one night... A little disappointed. Lesson learned: You don't order New York Steak in Mexico.
We also went health one night, and tried grill mahi mahi.
Cocktails are the most have for all meals.....Malibu pineapple & Miami Vice
