The first thing I always do when starting a new job is to find lunch pals. Of Course, it's important to learn new roles at work, but nothing beats great meals and good lunch partners. Lunch time is when we vent about our morning....and somehow we all have an unspoken agreement that "What's spoken in lunch, stays in lunch".
Grace is one of my lunch pals at work. Her family is from Korean, and I love Korean food. She took me to this Korean food court in HK market (a Korean supermarket) near Tustin. This place has became my reguolar lunch place since.
There are three food-stands there: Korean-Japanese, Traditional Korean BBQ, and Korean-Chinese food. I like the Korean Japanese place the best, "Niko Express".
I always order the same thing: lunch combo #21: Spicy Sashimi Rice (HUI-DUP-BAP in Korean). It came with a bowl of Sashimi Rice with Korean Spicy sauce on the side, three pieces of Tempura, and a miso soup. The whole thing costs $8.75- not a bad deal.
Don't be scared by the big portion. It's pretty healthy- just veggie, sashimi, and some rice. It's like a seafood salad, but Korean style - perfect for the hot summer days in OC. I was surprised that Sashimi there is fresh. My stomach is sensitive 
.... so if i hasn't gotten sick eating there, that means food is fresh
